I saw ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ a while back, and wondered about Al’s chart of CO2 in the atmosphere. This is a page from Wikpedia  showing estimated CO2 over the last 500 million years. The conclusion being that current levels of CO2 are far below most of the earths history. Having said that, for most of the earths history, Alberta was under a shallow ocean, so maybe we will get some ocean front land sooner that we think.
